~~BRANSON HOLIDAY LIGHTS~~

It all started as kind of a joke. We asked Anna what she wanted for her birthday...and she said a trip to Branson.

We all just laughed.
Then we started thinking...

November's weather in southern Missouri is mild,

We have never seen the Christmas lights at Silver Dollar City,

Wes had some leftover vacation days to take,
SO WHY NOT??

Here we are at Silver Dollar on Saturday night:

They have a 5 story Christmas Tree that
has changing lights and music. Pretty amazing!

More lights:

We celebrated Anna's Birthday at Famous Daves:

She won an All American Feast for FREE!!!!!!

That is a $60.00 value!!

Friday at Silver Dollar:

The Barn Swing!

BASS PRO SHOP IN SPRINGFIELD

We were being silly with the
"RAT HATS"

They had a huge area set up for the holidays:a slide, Santa, race cars, shooting gallery, toys...

and they have a new Alligator too!

Wes got a cold on Saturday.

We all snuggled in bed,

ate soup from Panera,

and watched The Wizard of Oz

a couple more from SDC:

The girls got blue Cotton Candy

and we watched the

Frosty the Snowman Stage Show.

On Saturday morning, we visited our favorite spot on Lake Taneycomo.

Elaine collected white rocks.

We looked for rocks to skip

and for sea shells.

We had a great time!!! We are so glad we went!
